Thieny is a fourth generation Eastern medicine practitioner with a passion for helping her clients achieve balance and ease in their lives. In her spare time she enjoys cooking healthful meals, hiking with her pibble and dancing with her daughter. Her experience and qualifications include:

• 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification at Laughing Lotus Yoga School
